Eid Mubarak! Moroccan Djaj M’hamer Tagine

To celebrate Eid El Fitr, the holiday that marks the end of Ramadan, my sister-in-law and husband made one of my favorite Moroccan recipes, Djaj M’hamer. This translates roughly to the “reddened chicken,” as it cooks in broth and onions first before being finished off, or “reddened,” in the oven, while the sauce caramelizes.
